Biography:

Having been a gardener in Camphill Duffcarrig, Gorey, for many years, Andrew Pike decided on a career as an artist and studied art for two years in Ormonde College, Kilkenny, before becoming one of the first artists to join the KCAT Studio. Andrew has travelled extensively to Holland, France, Germany, America, Australia, and Japan and these cultural exchanges are a great inspiration to his work. Though most well-known for his painting, Andrew has award winning animations to his credit as well as co-designing The Big River parade with Sinéad Fahey and Macnas.
