Being Your Story is a chance for people to work with a highly experienced writer and community participant, Suzanne Power. She will work with those who are coming to writing for the first time and want to know the best way to proceed to record their own life story in writing. A wonderful opportunity for those who have begun to gather their memories and those that seek advice on the memories they have gathered, over three evening sessions to run on Tuesdays in May. 'Blokes with Cameras' will be exploring the issue of mental health, they will work in solidarity with a group of young people to raise awareness and inform people about mental health and highlight the fact that it affects both young and old. This will culminate in a photography exhibition.
'St Louis Stitchers Festival of Needlework', the St. Louis Stitchers will showcase various needlework that they have produced over the past year and also hold workshops in various needlework.
