Bealtaine Week 1

Welcome to Bealtaine 2010!  Over the next few weeks, we’ll be sharing stories, telling tales and picking out some events from around that country that caught our eye.

Bealtaine Week 2

It's been a week of launches, catch-ups and fun. Our own Catherine Rose, CEO of Age & Opportunity, launched the Tipperary Bealtaine celebrations last Tuesday. During her speech, she had a chance to acknowledge the genuine collaboration that is making Bealtaine happen in the county and to highlight the fact that every 'local' event is part of a growing international movement, celebrating creativity in older age.

Bealtaine Week 3

What a busy week for the Bealtaine Festival with hundreds of events taking place across the country. Thanks for all your wonderful stories so far; of communities coming together to create art in new and imaginative ways, people connecting through poetry and storytelling and one very curious incident with a snake!

Bealtaine Week 4

We have reached the final week of the Bealtaine festival 2010 and what a month it has been! We are already getting great feedback from last week’s events and hearing lots of interesting stories.

What's new?
